The Wellness Center includes 43 cardio machines, all with TV screens, 16 circuit machines, free weights, kettlebells, and both slam and medicine balls. The Synergy 360 offers 6 unique training spaces and the Multi Jungle is a multi-dimensional cable system, allowing up to 8 members to work out at once. In addition, many other programs are offered by the BMCC Wellness Department. Some are ongoing, others are offered upon request.
Proper attire is required in the Wellness Center and Fitness Studios at all times. All clothing must be appropriate for a Club setting used by members and guests of all ages. Men are not permitted to wear tank tops and ladies attire should provide appropriate coverage. Ladies and men are allowed to wear athletic caps in the Wellness Center and Fitness Studios.
